APPLICATION FOR JOINING

to the Public Agreement (Public Offer) on Providing Coworking Services as amended on 09.07.2021

A Public Agreement (Public Offer) Providing Coworking Services with appendices (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded by joining an individual or legal entity, an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), who intends to receive the coworking services provided by Individual entrepreneur Lokshyna Olena Stepanivna, RNOCPP 2925808262, about which an entry was entered in the Unified State Register of State Registration for No. 20720000000024156 dated 18.10.2010 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to the terms of Agreement posted on the website at: http://andwork.pro/. In case of disagreement with the content and form of the Agreement or its individual provisions, the Customer has the right to refuse to conclude it by not signing this application.
The application for joining the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is filled in in two original copies in Ukrainian, which have the same legal force. If the Contractor does not have any corrections or comments on the clarity of filling in and completeness of the information provided by the Customer, the Application is accepted by the Contractor for further provision of services. After accepting the Application, one copy of the Application is returned to the Customer, and the second copy is kept by the Contractor.
By signing this Application, the Customer unconditionally confirms that they have read the Agreement, that they have fully understood the content of the Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions that are acceptable and mandatory for them. The Customer is notified that on the video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the co-working space, that in case of violation of the terms of the contract, in particular, the rules of conduct on the territory of the co-working space, the Contractor has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, to refuse the Contractor access to the territory of the co-working space without refund of the money paid, which is counted as a fine for violation of the terms of the contract. The Agreement is considered terminated from the date of receipt by the Customer of the relevant notification (in particular, by means of telecommunications or electronic communication).
The Customer, having signed the Application, enters into a Agreement with the Contractor, by joining all its terms and conditions as a whole. The Customer and Contractor acquire the rights and obligations defined in the Agreement and are responsible for their non-performance and/or improper performance. In particular, the Contractor is financially responsible for the destruction, loss or damage of the location (Workplace, its arrangement (furniture, appliances, etc.) in the amount of the full value of such property
The Contractor may change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally without the consent of the Customer. The relevant changes to the Agreement come into force for the Customer immediately after posting the Agreement with the changes in public access in the coworking space or on their own page on the Internet at the link http://andwork.pro/. Changes to the Agreement and written confirmation of the Customer's familiarization with the Agreement are not required.
By signing this Application, among other things, the parties agree on special terms of services providing. In case of discrepancies in the text of the Agreement and the Application, the terms agreed in the Application take precedence.
From the moment the Customer signs this Application and accepts it by the Contractor, the Customer and the Contractor acquire the rights and obligations defined in the Agreement and are responsible for their non-performance (improper performance).
